Overview
University of Prizren is a public university located in Prizren, Kosovo (not Serbia, as the record previously stated). It originated in 1962 as the High Pedagogical Institute (Albanian: Shkolla e Lartë Pedagogjike), and was re-established under its present name in 2010 by decision No. 01/87 of the Government of Kosovo.
