Overview
Tokiwakai College (Osaka Tokiwakai University Junior College) is a private junior college in Hirano-ku, Osaka, Japan, specializing in early childhood education and teacher training. Its predecessor institution was founded in 1953 and it was chartered as a college in 1964; its roots trace further back to 1905, when an alumni association called “Tokiwakai” was formed by graduates of Osaka Prefecture’s teacher training schools.
The college operates alongside the affiliated Osaka Tokiwakai University.
