Overview
Sukhishvili University is a private university located in Gori, in the Shida Kartli region of Georgia. It was founded in 1995 as a branch of the Georgian Agrarian Science Academy, gaining independent status in 2003. Its founder and rector is Valeri Sukhishvili.
The university began with two faculties and has since grown to nine, including a Faculty of Medicine established in 2008, offering bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees across nine specializations including law, pharmacy, business administration and engineering, with more than 500 students.
