Spertus Institute provides graduate and certificate education in Jewish Studies and Jewish professional leadership, serving adult learners in Chicago and beyond.
Its predecessor, Chicago’s College of Jewish Studies, was founded in 1924; the institution was renamed in honor of the Spertus family in 1970 and now uses the shorter Spertus Institute brand.
