Overview
Sanitas University Foundation (Spanish: Fundación Universitaria Sanitas, UNISANITAS) is a private, non-profit university in Bogotá, Colombia, founded in 1993 as an initiative of Organización Sanitas Internacional to train health professionals to high quality standards. In 2004 it obtained qualified registration for its medicine and nursing programs.
UNISANITAS is affiliated with Organización Sanitas Internacional, which also operates Colsanitas, one of Colombia’s leading health-care providers, and offers undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing-education programs focused on health sciences and clinical practice.
