Overview

Saint Louis Faculty (Faculdade de Educação São Luís) is a private higher education institution founded in 1972 in Jaboticabal, São Paulo, Brazil (not São Luís do Maranhão, despite the name), by the Associação Jaboticabalense de Educação e Cultura (AJEC), created by Afonso and Waldemar Martins and their wives.

Originally focused on teacher-training (Licenciatura) programs, it expanded from 1999 onward into Law, Administration, Nursing, Production Engineering, Psychology and Biomedicine, with all its courses recognized by Brazil’s Ministry of Education.
