Paris Descartes University, also known as Paris V, was a public research university in Paris, France. This is a legacy institution card.
History
Paris Descartes was established in 1970 after the division of the historic University of Paris.
Current Status
Paris Descartes merged with Paris Diderot University in 2019. The successor institution is now Université Paris Cité, which should be used for current programs, tuition and admissions.
Programs
The university was especially strong in medicine and health sciences, psychology, humanities, social sciences, law and related disciplines.
