Overview
Orel State University of Economics and Trade (merged into RANEPA) is a former public university merged into RANEPA based in Oryol, Russia. The institution became an independent Orel Commercial Institute in 1991 and later Orel State University of Economics and Trade; the Russian government ordered its merger into RANEPA, completed when the legal entity ceased on May 11, 2022.
Current status and profile
The former university is not a current admissions destination. Its property and institutional activities were transferred into RANEPA, with the Central Russian Institute of Management in Oryol serving as the relevant branch structure.
