HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE) is an institute of HSE University in Moscow, Russia. It is the current successor to the former Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.

MIEM dates to 1962. The institute became part of HSE University in 2012 and now operates within HSE’s academic structure.
