Overview
Matrusri Institute of Post Graduate Studies (MIPGS) is a premier women’s postgraduate institute located in Saidabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, conducting the MBA program. It was established in 1997, when MVSR Engineering College — run by the same parent body — relocated to a larger campus in Nadergul village, making MIPGS a separate entity on the existing Saidabad campus.
Both institutions are run by the Matrusri Education Society, founded in 1980 by Sri Maturi Venkata Subba Rao (founder secretary) and Sri Maturi Gopala Rao, architect of the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam (founder chairman), along with other industrialists, doctors, businessmen, administrators and advocates.
