Overview

Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (MISI) is an independent, degree-granting academic institution in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It was launched on 22 March 2011 as a joint initiative between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Government of Malaysia, becoming the fourth center in the MIT Global SCALE (Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence) Network.

MISI is no longer affiliated with MIT; it is now wholly owned by Malaysia Logistics Innovation Berhad, a subsidiary of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). It offers a master’s program in supply chain management and logistics and conducts applied research for firms in Southeast Asia.
