Overview
Lone Star College is a public multi-campus community college system based in Greater Houston, Texas, United States. The district was created in 1972 and evolved from North Harris County College into today’s Lone Star College system.
Current status and profile
LSC operates multiple colleges and centers across the Houston region. Campus-level programs and student counts should not be collapsed into one physical-campus profile unless the source is explicitly system-wide.
