Overview
Liaoning Water Conservancy Polytechnic is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. It originated from the Northeast Water Conservancy Specialized School, established in 1951, later becoming the Shenyang Water Conservancy School (under the Ministry of Water Resources) and then the Liaoning Province Water Conservancy School. It was incorporated into Shenyang Agricultural University in 2000 as its Higher Vocational and Technical College, before becoming independent again in September 2012 under the name Liaoning Water Conservancy Polytechnic.
It has since merged with Liaoning Forestry Vocational and Technical College to form the Liaoning Vocational College of Ecological Engineering.
