Overview
Institute of Commercial Studies and Business Administration most likely refers to ISCAE (French: Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises) — this English title is a literal translation of the school’s name. Groupe ISCAE was founded in 1971 by King Hassan II as Morocco’s first public institution of higher education in management, with campuses in Casablanca and Rabat (and later Conakry, Guinea). It was officially renamed “Groupe ISCAE” by royal decree in 2007.
As an autonomous public institution under the oversight of Morocco’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, it trains students in business administration, finance, accounting and management.
