Overview

ICI University was the name used (from 1993) for what is now Global University, a distance-learning institution founded in 1967 as the International Correspondence Institute by the Assemblies of God’s Division of Foreign Missions. It operated from Springfield, Missouri until 1972, then from Brussels, Belgium, before its international office moved to Irving, Texas in 1991.

Accreditation

The institution is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC, formerly DETC), a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and offers evangelism and Christian-education coursework.
