Overview
Horqin Art Vocational College is a public higher vocational arts college based in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, China. China’s Ministry of Education recorded the college in 2004 on the basis of the predecessor Tongliao Art School; its current Chinese name is 科尔沁艺术职业学院.
