Overview

FUCAPE Business School is a private business school headquartered in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil, founded on 28 March 2000 by two USP doctoral students, Aridelmo Teixeira and Valcemiro Nossa, with support from FIPECAFI, a foundation linked to the University of São Paulo. It was created to bring internationally recognized business education to Espírito Santo, which previously had no strong presence in Brazil’s national academic scene.

FUCAPE has since expanded with additional campuses in Rio de Janeiro (2015), Maranhão (2016) and Brasília (2018), and has ranked among Brazil’s top ten higher education institutions since 2010.
