FSG — Centro Universitário da Serra Gaúcha is a private university centre and successor to the Faculdade América Latina record based in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. FSG’s own historical pages agree that Faculdade Montserrat was transformed into Faculdade América Latina (FAL) and then incorporated into FSG, but they conflict on whether that acquisition occurred in 2008 or 2010.
