Overview
Centre for Advanced Naval Studies corresponds to Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales (CESNAV), the highest educational institution of Mexico’s Navy Secretariat, created by presidential agreement on September 21, 1970. It has been based since 1994 in the Coyoacán borough of Mexico City.
Programs
CESNAV provides postgraduate education in naval operations and national security and defense to Mexican Navy personnel, invited national and foreign military personnel, and Federal Public Administration officials, operating under Mexico’s Naval University system.
