Overview
Cégep de Sherbrooke is a public college in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, established on 15 May 1968 as Collège de Sherbrooke (renamed Cégep de Sherbrooke in 2005), amid the province-wide creation of the CEGEP system following the Parent Commission reforms of 1967. It originally spanned campuses in Sherbrooke, Thetford Mines and Granby before consolidating onto its present single Sherbrooke campus in 1975.
It is the largest CEGEP in Quebec outside Montreal, offering both pre-university and technical/vocational programs.
