Overview
Academy of Public Administration is a higher education institution in Chișinău, Moldova, established in 1993 following recommendations from the (US) National Academy of Public Administration to strengthen Moldova’s State Chancellery; it held its first classes in September 1993.
Since 1994 it has received support from foreign donor organizations including the Eurasia Foundation, USAID, the Soros Foundation and the Greek government, developing into a well-structured institution. Its mission is to train and develop the professional competences of civil servants, supporting the implementation of public administration policy in Moldova.
