Overview
Wroclaw University of Economics or Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu ( UE ) – public higher education institution in Poland. UE began its activity in 1947. The university campus is of urban type and is located in the vicinity of Wroclaw.
Admissions and study format
The admission process involves prior academic performance evaluation. Like in many universities of Poland the academic year consists of two semesters.
Students and academic staff
Wroclaw University of Economics is average in terms of student capacity, teaching the maximum of 20 thousand students. Foreign citizens can also apply to the university. At UE the academic staff counts 599 various specialists. During studies the students have the opportunity to participate in the international exchange programs.

The university has its own library. The university is a member of European University Association (EUA).
