Overview
Tashkent Medical Academy ( TTA ) – public higher education institution in Uzbekistan. TTA was founded in 2005. The main campus is located at the heart of the capital of Uzbekistan – Tashkent.
Admissions and study format
The results of the examinations and the certificate of the academic performance are required to submission by the admission committee. The chances of successful admission are very high as 70 percent of applicants get enrolled but that number may vary depending on the faculty. Tashkent Medical Academy divides its academic year into semesters. The university has a variety of scholarship programs that students can take part in.
Students and academic staff
Being a medium scale university, Tashkent Medical Academy teaches more than 9 thousand students. Both citizens and foreigners are able to apply. More than 1500 teachers are employed by the university.
Infrastructure
There is a library on the campus. Also the university provides accommodations in the form of dormitories. Furthermore, Tashkent Medical Academy attracts students with its sports facilities and infrastructure.
