Serang Raya University or Universitas Serang Raya (UNSERA) – private higher education institution in Indonesia. Serang Raya University became active in 2008. The main campus of the university is located in Serang. Serang Raya University rightfully occupies one of the key places among the universities of the country. Despite being one of the youngest universities of Indonesia, Serang Raya University ranks high in international ratings.
