Sang Myung University or 상명대학교 ( SMU ) – private higher education institution in South Korea. SMU began its academic activity in1937. The university has an urban campus in Cheonan.
Admissions and study format
The admission board requires applicant’s academic performance certificate and examination results. The academic year is traditionally consists of two semesters.
Students and academic staff
Being a medium scale university, Sang Myung University teaches more than 19 thousand students. Being a foreign citizen does not exclude you from the admission process. The education is conducted by 499 teachers and professors. Student exchange programs is one of the draws of the university.
