Riga Civil Engineering College or Rīgas Celtniecības koledža (RCK) – higher education institution in Latvia. RCK began its activity in 1872. The main campus of the university is located in Riga – the capital of Latvia. Riga Civil Engineering College never leaves the national rankings of the top universities of Latvia.
