Phu Yen University or Truong Dai hoc Phu Yen (PYU) – public higher education institution in Vietnam. Phu Yen University was founded in 2007. Phu Yen University is located in a small town of Tuy Hoa in Vietnam. Phu Yen University rightfully occupies one of the key places among the universities of the country. Despite being one of the youngest universities of Vietnam, Phu Yen University ranks high in international ratings.
