Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Teacher Education or Luhans’kyj oblasnyj instytut pisljadyplomnoji pedahohičnoji osvity (LOIPPO) – public higher education institution in Ukraine. In 1998 Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Teacher Education opened its door to students. The campus is located in Syevyerodonets’k. Education at Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Teacher Education regularly receives high marks from experts. Despite being one of the youngest educational institutions, Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Teacher Education it ranks in the national ratings of Ukraine
