The admission committee accepts the applications from foreign citizens. The teaching staff is 799 specialists. During studies the students have the opportunity to participate in the international exchange programs.

The library is available to all of the students. The university also provides dormitories for those who need them. It is worth noting that in addition to being a part of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), the university also has a membership in the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and Distance Education Council (DEC).
