Institute of Art and Culture or Instituto Superior de Artes e Cultura (ISArC) – public higher education institution in Mozambique. In 2008 Institute of Art and Culture opened its door to students. The home of the main campus of Institute of Art and Culture is Mozambique’s capital – Maputo. Institute of Art and Culture occupies an important place in the country’s education system. Teaching is carried out at the highest level, and the educational process meets international standards.
