Ha Tinh University

Ha Tinh University or Truong Dai hoc Ha Tinh (HTU) – public higher education institution in Vietnam. The studies at Ha Tinh University began in 2007. The university is a part of a small town called Ha Tinh in Vietnam. Ha Tinh University rightfully occupies one of the key places among the universities of the country. Despite being one of the youngest universities of Vietnam, Ha Tinh University ranks high in international ratings.
