Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy was officially founded in 1963. In Odessa the main building of the university is located. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy is one of the best educational institutions in the country consistently demonstrating a high level of teaching.
