Overview
Far Eastern University ( FEU ) – private higher education institution in Philippines. FEU began its academic activity in1928.
Admissions and study format
In addition to the results of the examinations the applicant must submit a certificate of the previous academic performance. Throughout the admission period more than 60 percent of applicants successfully enroll to the university. Nevertheless, in FEU the ratio may vary dramatically depending on the study program. The academic year is divided into semesters.
Students and academic staff
Far Eastern University is considered to be a large university, teaching more than 24,000 students. The university accepts applications from foreign students. The academic staff includes more than 1500 teachers and professors. During studies the students have the opportunity to participate in the international exchange programs.
Infrastructure
The university has its own library. Far Eastern University belongs to the «Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL)».
