Overview
Dogus University ( DU ) – private nonprofit higher education institution in Turkey. DU was established in 1997. Dogus University has an urban campus in Istanbul. Dogus University is often found in the rankings of top Turkey’s 90.
Admissions and study format
The admission is based on the results of the examinations. The majority of DU applicants successfully enrolls as there are about 90 seats per 100 applicants. The academic year consists of two semesters. The university has a variety of scholarship programs that students can take part in.
Students and academic staff
Dogus University belongs to small universities, with a capacity of only 5000 students. Foreign citizens can submit their applications along with the local students. The academic makeup of DU includes around 399 teachers. The university is an active participant of international programs aimed at academic exchange of students between the educational institutions.
