Overview
Bung Hatta University ( UBH ) – private nonprofit higher education institution in Indonesia. In 1981 UBH opened its door to students. It has an urban campus located in Padang.
Admissions and study format
The applicants must pass examinations as a part of the admission process. The chances of successful admission are very high as 80 percent of applicants get enrolled but that number may vary depending on the faculty. The academic year is traditionally consists of semesters. Some students can’t attend full-time programs, especially for them the university created special online programs.

Bung Hatta University is average in terms of student capacity, teaching the maximum of 10 thousand students. The university accepts both local and foreign students. The education is conducted by 499 teachers and professors. The students may participate in various student exchange programs.
