Visvesvaraya Technological University ( VTU ) — public higher education institution in India. The studies at Visvesvaraya Technological University began in 1998. In order to get the students away from distractions and temptations of cities Visvesvaraya Technological University constructed its campus outside Belgaum where students can focus solely on their studies.
