Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus ( BTU ) — public higher education institution in Germany. BTU was founded in 1991. Thanks to its quite favourable location inside Cottbus, students can enjoy an active city life with a rural serenity.

Being a medium scale university, Technical University of Cottbus teaches more than 6 thousand students. Foreign citizens can submit their applications along with the local students.
