Tamkang University ( TKU ) — private higher education institution in Taiwan. TKU was founded in 1950. The campus of the university is well known in Taipei where it is located.

The university is a part of the Foundation for Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (FICHET) in addition to being a member of the Association of Private Universities and Colleges (APUC), Asia Pacific Association for International Education (APIE), National Association of Foreign Student Advisors (NAFSA).
