Iran University of Science and Technology ( IUST ) — public higher education institution in Iran. IUST began its academic activity in1929. The main building of the university proudly stands in Tehran inside an urban campus.

Iran University of Science and Technology is medium in scale, teaching no more than 6 thousand students at a time. Foreign citizens can submit their applications along with the local students. At IUST the academic staff counts 499 various specialists. The university participates in a variety of international exchange programs between students and academic staff.
